The Fishy - Grimsby Town FC

Question of the Week

Are there too many police at football matches?

Too many
Too few
About right

Town started unchanged. Both teams missed chances in the first 15 minutes.

LJL and Jolley both had chances to put the ball in the net but Hall saved LJL's shot and the follow up from Jolley.

Arnold had a great chance with a one-on-one with the keeper but Hall got down to tip Arnold's shot round the post.

Arnold gave Town the lead, no more than Grimsby deserved, at the start of the second half.

LJL missed three good chances. One was saved, another hit the bar and a third was off target after the referee let play continue.

Town made hard work of it but had plenty of chances and in the end they stumbled over the line.
