Town gave themselves a mountain to climb when Mitch Rose was sent off in the first 10 minutes.

It was no surpise when Yeovil took the lead through Lewis Wing on 14 minutes.

Summerfield and Osborne then had to be separated after an altercation, for which Osborne was booked.

Town limited to one goal at half time and created a few half chances themselves to give Grimsby a glimmer of hope.

Town regrouped in the second half, but then received a further setback when Osborne received a second yellow and Town faced the last half hour with nine men.

Ex-Mariner Rhys Browne came off the bench and scored a second to comdemn Grimsby to a ninth game without a win.

The match ended 3-0 to the Glovers, and presumably will be Russell Slade's last as Grimsby manager.  Match Thread
